We are seeking a skilled BIM modeling specialist to join our Chennai team. This role requires an expert in BIM software modeling with a strong grasp of Revit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models for specific design disciplines.
• Ensure models meet the standards and goals outlined in the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design and model changes.
• Create BIM modeling content specific to the discipline.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from the BIM platform.
• Coordinate design documentation using BIM software and tools.
• Set up and coordinate linked models across disciplines.

General Requirements

• Technical expertise in Revit (BIM software) and AutoCAD, with familiarity with BIM/CAD Standards.
• Strong skills in Revit Architecture and Revit Structure Modeling, with 1-5 years of experience modeling complex civil, building elements, and parametric families.
• Experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and preparation of BOQs.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in large-scale and complex projects, with knowledge of international standards for various LODs in BIM.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of architectural and structural technicalities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
